Bedlam, if we lived closer I'd help you share your sinful desserts ;D

Chookie, you are so inspiring!

Proofing dough for pizza right now. After  half hour in the house, I had to move it to a sunny spot outside. It's a bit chilly though. Not sure how it will go. Out right now.

Slowly getting my cooking groove back now that I can make a mess in my own (not display - house) kitchen!!! - working out the quirks of my new oven is another matter...
Today I saw on Facebook the Guilt Free Chocolate Balls from the recipe community so was hanging out all day to get home and make them. Then I made ILB Chocolate Cake as cupcakes with Oreo Buttercream Icing with Tiny Teddies on top, simple hot chocolates, chocolate custard and I think that's it for tonight's effort :)
I might even have time to convert a new Nigella recipe..!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Duck with cherries in the slow cooker. A recipe from the beautiful cookbook MF gave me.

Hop on board. I will await your arrival. Never cooked a duck this way so I removed most of the fat and nearly all the skin. Nomally I would treasure the duck fat but  I think it was best to remove  it even though the recipe did not call for it.  Best not to keep duck fat in this house!!!
