It's a path many of us walk Katie but I know how much our Mums appreciate us doing this for them.  Your Mum is very lucky to have you and not just for the great food you supply either.

Not me cooking exactly, but DH (when asked to strain the stock from the slowcooker) instead took out the chicken bones, bay leaves and rosemary sprigs, and whizzed the rest in the TM to make chicken soup, which he then ate a bowl full and fed some to a very grateful miss11mths, about 10mins before dinnertime!!!  :-)) ;D

Just an thought.... If your consultant is new, she may not have yet ordered stock for herself(for clients) . She will order through her team leader, who, if she doesn't have any, will then order from HO.... If lucky, that order will then be back by the next team meeting - which I believe is once a month.... :(

My advice is to just keep in contact with the consultant to check on progress...she's probably still learning the ropes.....

I feel so lucky to live half an hour from Thermomix Head office. I can pop in and pick anything up.  :)

That is good Katj. I live on the other side of the river so it was cheaper for me to have it mailed to me. It took a week exactly.
