Tried to make some sticky date muffins but they left half their sticky 'dates' in the muffin pan.

Last night we had the Asian Style Fish Fillets from the EDC cookbook, pg 104. I love the taste and ease of the cooking.

I noticed that. I plan to make some jam this weekend. We love strawberry Jam. I use Tenina's recipe, but think I should try Chookie's.
