I made No Fuss Rolls for lunch.
I also made Banana Bread to use up some manky bananas in my fruit bowl.I used the new EDC recipe with JulieO's tweak of adding a topping.Once cooled I popped it in the freezer.

That as why I did my cooking yesterday Judy. I'm defrosting some whiting for dinner, and that will be it for today.

Great cooking everyone.

Chookie, how do you keep the fruit in pieces, mine always ends up with very few pieces.

Jostaberry conserve looks lovely Chookie.

So far today I've made Tenina's Quinoa and Brown Rice Porridge and Skinnymixer's Butter Chicken. I have some more chicken. Breasts and some beef mince left to use up today...

What a beautiful colour it is Chookie.

I see it is very hot in Melbourne today too.  I have been out all morning but plan to do some cooking this afternoon as it is lovely and cool.

Lovely looking conserve Chookie.

Wonder, I have the same problem with the fruit in my jam being chopped up too.  Still tastes good though.

I'm trying Kimmy! 12 weeks of full time work is going to test me, but after that it will all be worth it :)
Cooking is the easy part for me...it's the washing/sorting/ironing that will throw me I think!

Way to go Jam  :D

Too hot for much today, so I just cooked a batch of my bread rolls, hard boiled some eggs then steamed and cut (into a chunky puree if that makes any sense) all the fruit that was shrivelling in the bottom of my fridge.  :)

Good luck Jam, you will be busy.
Lovely loaf Cookie.
I just made my best ever coleslawy! Salad, cabbage, sundried tomato, capsicum, radish and mayo,  Yummo!
