The Bircher muesli looks nice Chookie as does the fritatta.  Cookie your pizza slice looks good too.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Last night I prepared the Bircher Museli for breakfast, this time with added strawberries and a fig. I am taking advantage of the beautiful seasonal Summer fruits.
This is made with Oar Bran to reduce the carbs.
Frittata again for lunch, with salad.
Going to dry some Strawberries today.

I have some of Hally's scrolls rising at the moment. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11714.msg220077#msg220077

I made bread yesterday and ended up having to put it in the oven to rise, it was so cold.

Thanks girls.  The problem with baking 2 different loaves at the same time is to get both of them to rise so that they are ready to bake, together.
It feels really weird baking bread and not sampling it. I have only 1 slice a week on the eating programme.

Astarra, your Gingerbread trifles sound delicious, I actually saw that recipe at Christmas time and had it shortlisted, but didn't get around to making it.
I'm sure your visitors will enjoy it.
Nice looking loaves Chookie, it must be hard having the oven going in your hot weather.
