Judy the little plain shortbreads are called Easy Thermomix Shortbread from Create Make & Bake. The cinnamon ones are called Sugar & Spice Shortbread from The Annoyed Thyroid. I made another plain lot yesterday from Recipe Community called Grandma's Shortbread. I forgot to photograph these before they went into the freezer. These are all recipes I make every year.
The reason I have started the cooking early is because I maybe going into hospital for an operation on my oesophagas, I'm waiting to hear from the specialist to see if it happens before Christmas. I'll know more in a couple of weeks.

Thank you Margaret, If you make them every year they must be good.
Please take care of yourself in the lead up to Christmas and your operation, someone else will step up to the plate if they need to. Wishing you all the best with the op.

Mab, I hope it all goes well with your operation. I think that waiting for the date is going to be the most unsettling time because you cannot settle down to make your own personal plans.

I made some Florentines from Cookidoo. I don't coat them with chocolate.

That must be a rare day for you Chookie - no cooking ... or are you down in the city at the moment, that would explain it.

Yesterday I made 2 batches of my Prawn Crepes
https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3601.0
for the freezer for visitors in early December. I also did a batch of 24 of my Caramelised Onion and Mushroom tarts
https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7770.0
for morning tea for the workers tomorrow plus some for my neighbour ladies Christmas afternoon tea. I used Shiitake mushrooms and goats cheese to cater for DF’s dietary needs, I put some on his lunch plate today and he loved them as I knew he would.
Tonight I’ve made this shortbread recipe, one of the 3 that you mentioned Margaret
https://createbakemake.com/easy-3-ingredient-shortbread-recipe/
. I only did half the recipe which was plenty, not sure if I’ve ever made shortbread before but I found it not to be as enjoyable a task as other types of biscuits. Now to get the thumbs up from DF tomorrow.
