Thanks for the link Cookie. Might make this today.
Will bake SD loaf that’s resting overnight in fridge. Yesterday made a rye SD loaf and 4 rye SD bread rolls.

I made a batch of yoghurt today. Some biscuits and a loaf of Katie’s Cheese and Chilli Bread.

Did make the All Bran loaf but made a few changes. Added French 4 spice mix and walnuts in and on top. Lovely

I made some meat paste yesterday to have on my Cruskits with cheese and tomatoes at lunch time.

I made a pistachio and lemon curd cake , there is heaps of lemon curd to have later . This morning I made for DD a batch of Gut immunity shot! A tad strong, told DD to get some fresh pineapple to add to it in her TM31 . A large portion of the cake went with DD .

I made some Passata (I went up to the Italian shop and bought cheap tomatoes), some Sicilian Pesto. I don't think I like it as much as normal Pesto. It has cherry tomatoes blitzed into it.

I’ve made a Classic Loaf and have some plum jam cooking at the moment. I like Satsuma plums for jam and managed to get some from the Italian shop yesterday. I never see them in the supermarket.

More fig jam. Made hamburgers for my little guests. They loved them.
Today I’m experimenting with Italian style chicken meat balls cooked in a muffin tray.

I watched Jamie Oliver make a Cauliflower Cheese Sauce for Spaghetti today. It looked like something I could eat so decided to give it a try but without the spaghetti. It turned out well and will be nice on mashed vegetables or baked potato.

That does sound nice Mab,
I made bread sticks for garlic bread and small rolls for Dinner Party tonight. I’ll premake the Scallop dish and reheat in oven when guests arrive.
I’m also doing a cheese platter for after the meal.

I made a Weetbix Slice yesterday. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17733.msg454206#msg454206
I left it several hours after mixing it and it was very nice.
