Today I made some Popcorn Brunch bars, LTM's and another Boston Bun because the family devoured the other one too quickly (Hopefully this one lasts more that 24 hours)

I've had a lovely cook in, made bread, lemon biscuits, kingston biscuits, raspberry cordial, rice pudding!
I have some photos of the biscuits to post when this silly computer lets me put up more than one post each session on here!

I made the Kingston biscuits as well today as well as some cinnamon scrolls and a Boston Bun (Yes again) it goes down well in this family. I have been picture framing today and inbetween corner joint glue drying I decided to do a bit of cooking. Its so easy with the TM.

Today I have a busy cooking day.

I have a girlfriend over with her mother in laws TM. She is thinking of buying one, so we will have 2 on the go.

We are making bread, cheese scones, Moroccan lamb, beef rendang, asparagus soup, family chowder, fried rice, cookies, maybe some pizza dough, rice pudding and anything else she fancies.

Have visitors for lunch but prepared most of it yesterday afternoon. Johnro's Tasty Chicken with tumeric rice, JulieO's Buttered Rosemary Rolls and Chocolate Rice Pudding.
Have only to make the tumeric rice this morning, reheat the chicken dish, bake the rolls which have been in the fridge since their first rise late yesterday afternoon (will report later how this method went) and reheat the rice pudding.  Easy peasy ;)

A light day today. Have a batch of ice cream now waiting in the freezer for its final spin in an hour or so. Will use the leftover eggwhites for a cherry or mango fruity dream for the kids afternoon tea, then a loaf of gluten-free bread tonight.

Thanks Judy, we stopped to have lunch.

It's fun cooking with friends, I think she is quite interested in buying one. I now have 2 friends that are nearly there.
