Easter meal planning

I like the sound of the Easter bread!  I will give that a go!  Thanks quirky.

Not completely sure who is coming when over Easter so will be prepared with the following.

Starters -
Green godess dressing served with crackers and vegie sticks
Dukkah served with home made bread rolls and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Main - choice of creamy prawn sauce or bolognaise sauce over spaghettini
         Chicken and vegie spring rolls
         Maddy's cheese & bacon rolls
         Tossed salad

Desserts - choice of
               MJ's Mars bar dip served with fresh fruit pieces
               Alina0210's Clinker slice
               Isi's coffee creams
               Jo's chocolate banana nut ice-cream

As a back up for unexpected guests I have bought a cryovac packed standing rib beef roast which will feed 10 people. Hopefully I won't be needing that!

Don't know how a Prodestant woman would go down in a Catholic family over there though

After discovering that I can only serve Fish for meat dishes on Friday (we don't follow that at home) have had to re-jig the menu so:

Thursday night:
- Lamb Stew cooked in the slow cooker while I'm at work (this will be the first time I've used it in about 2 years so hope it still works!!)
- mashed Spud
- Mars Bar Dip

Friday Lunch:
- Spinach and Tuna bake thing with mashed spud on the top.

Friday night:
- Barramundi With Tomato Caperberry Sauce And Mash Recipe
- Salad
- Chocolate Brulee Tart

Saturday Brunch
- Full Irish Breakfast

Saturday evening
- Irish Boiled Bacvon and Cabbage with whole seed mustard sauce and steamed veggies
- MAYBE  An Rhubarb Tart

Sunday
DIET!!!! and left overs.  Oh and easter eggs of course

They all sound lovely. I think I will call at Judy's for a fill up and then to ILB's for another lovely meal!

We're having friends over Sunday but they are very tiny eaters. I think I will wait until they arrive and ask the lady of their house what they may like to eat. I could fill them up on sorbets and icecream I think.

I am so impressed with these menus! 

tonight I am cooking dinner for a friend who just bought a TMX and her husband, so I need to impress!  We are having;

eye fillet with bernaise sauce, pommes frites, green salad and isi's easy portugese rolls
isi's new dessert - the white chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis and almond crocant

Ooh, I like the sound of that meal versaceyoyo, it is sure to impress your guests.  Can't wait to read your review of isi's latest dessert either.  How do you do the potatoes?
