Hi there lws11 !
I'm saying HI! with arms wide open!
So very glad to have another Canadian on the forum... and so close to home too! I'm waving at your from Victoria
Yours is exactly the kind of enthusiasm we need in Canada, to help Thermomix become better known.
I was surprised to read about your mishap with the rubber ring. When I first had my Thermomix, I had a problem because the machine would not start.
Oh how I panicked!
Almost called the distributor but then realized the rubber ring was sitting in the dishrack and not in the lid, where it should be.
You see, my own machine will not even start without the ring in place... which is a good safety feature really. Well, I think we all make a few mistakes and learn pretty quickly!
I'm so very happy to have another Canadian on the forum. According to my calculations, that makes SIX of us now. (At least, six who are not too shy to speak...)
We're all cheering for you, can you hear us?
So don't forget to let us know when you decide to become a consultant...
Catch you later, eh?!
