Thin and crispy pizza dough« on: April 24, 2010, 07:26:46 AM » Reply with quoteHihere is our favourite pizza dough - it originates from www.bestrecipes.com.auIn the TMX bowl, add 170g water. 37deg for 1 minute on speed 1.Add 1tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 7g yeast (I use about 10). Mix on speed 1 for 1 minute.Add 260g plain flour. Mix speed 5 for 20 sec. This mix sometimes needs a dash or two more of water. When it's mixed and the right consistency, corn for 2 minutes.Turn out on to a floured board or mat and roll in to your desired pizza size. One mix makes 2 really big bases or 3 medium bases. I use this recipe for pizza pockets as well and it easily makes 10.Cook and enjoy!
