I have booked into the cooking classes too Hally - I hope to get more used to my oven then. At the moment I am feeling like JD about it! When I am there JD, I will ask which symbol on your oven is the intensive bake one.

Thanks Karen, I have the pizzas in the oven right now using what I think it is so we will soon find out if I was right.

Judy, have just looked up my instruction manual, and it says the symbol for intensive bake is the fan symbol with a horizontal line underneath the fan. Hope your pizzas turn out well!

I don't have that symbol Karen - guess all models are different and yours being the latest would have all the bells and whistles.

Well that symbol didn't work Karen, I ended up turning it to the way I cook everything and got there in the end.

Can this be made in a double batch and some frozen???
Is it better to freeze in a ball or in a rolled out circle?
Thanks

I haven't made a double batch but 1.5 of the recipe and that works well. As for freezing I'm not sure.

I've froze this and it's fine. I froze in a ball.

I've frozen as a ready made pizza, and that went well also.

Thanks for the replies.
I found the dough a bit wet last time I made it so added extra floury but it was yummy .
Making pizzas tonight for 6 people so hoping the double batch works
