2. Can I double the hot chocolate recipe?  We had six children here, so I was making the stated quantity over and over.

I have made a note on my recipe FKM that Nay-nay doubles the milk so she obviously found it too strong.  It does answer your question though, yes you can double it.

Yep - I always double the milk but leave the sugar and coco the same. Also I only heat it to 70 or even 60 for the kids but I like it at 80. One tip: Don't be in too much of a hurry to get the lid off as soon as you've whizzed it up. If you turn it off and and twist the lid off in the same action after having up to speed 9 you will have hot chocolate everywhere!!!  I know cause I did this not long after getting TMX. It's really good with marshmallows!
