Thermomix mat
« on: July 04, 2010, 07:52:31 am »
I was very late in purchasing one of these mats to roll my bread etc on and have only had mine for 6 months or so. I love it to bits and don't know why I waited so long.
I noticed when I used it this morning it has a tiny tear on one edge. I could have done this myself so am not too worried. My concern is how is the best way to store these please? I have just been folding it in two and popping it in a cupboard. I think it may have caught on something in there and torn the edge. Is it best to roll it or fold it?
Thanks in advance. :-*

Thank you. I will now start rolling mine. I really love it as it's so easy to work with.  Beats the very old tupperware one I had.

I now use my tupperware one for sitting under anything roasted.  Makes clean up easier.
I love how flexible and non stick the TM one really is.

Thanks all. Mine is now rolled and safely away from sharp objects.
