I made this today. So quick and easy and definitely a keeper!
I reduced the sugar in both parts and I made the crumble first as that came out of the bowl easily.
For the fruit I used up a good amount of frozen cherries which I rinsed off the ice crystals first, a sliced fresh nectarine, fresh peach, apricot and a few pieces of pineapple I had left over from something else I made today.
It took about 65 mins but I needed to turn the oven over to grill at the end to get the top golden.
I couldn't find my springform tin anywhere so used a normal cake tin with a liner, but I had a bit of trouble getting it out of the tin. A springform would definitely be better.
I made some custard to go with.
