if you look at my blog you'll see i've hardly blogged in months! lol dead giveaway ;)

hmm marinades...

i most often use a jar tbh lol but you could also try this:

I went to get the chicken pieces I was sure where in the freezer, to find they weren't.  So I've got out some chicken breasts and I'll cut them into strips for this instead.

Thanks to everyone for your wonderful sounding ideas.  I was going to acknowledge each one as I come to prepare it, but I don't know how long that will take me, and I don't want anyone thinking that I don't appreciate your taking the time to help me out.  Because I really do.   :-* :-*

this plait has just been posted by farfallina and would make an impressive bread to pull out of the picnic basket. with the 3 fillings it would be so nice to tuck into also  :D

Caroline, this has been my lifesaver from time to time when I have had super busy periods and felt I needed help and time to get back in control  :-))

Will put my thinking hat on some more and get back  ;)

This was a great tip Faffa, thanks.  I used one of her recipes for tonight.  I haven't tasted it yet of course, but it looks and sounds good  ;D
