Went to make this, and realised I didn't have enough spinach or fetta
So this is what I used based on the recipe......it turned out nice
1 large clove
1 whole onion
30g olive oil
130g frozen spinach (moisture squeezed out)
145g danish fetta
50g marinated goats fetta
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
around 7 Tbsp. sour cream
cracked pepper.
