These were deceptively delicious!! My 3 boys inhaled them and a whole half batch was completely demolished. Even picky, meat loving hubby thought they were fantastic. Made as per recipe and will definitely be making again. Thanks for such a yummy recipe.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has made these using the filo pastry suggestion? If so, how did you do it and how did they turn out? (I haven't used filo pastry in many years, but thought it sounded like an interesting idea to try!)

Thanks for bumping... haven't make this for ages.  Today made with panko bread crumb and turn out lovely.

Blackwood: I haven't try using filo pastry, but I can see it as possibility...
