Just came across this and after buying my son a gingerbread man this morning I thought - I wonder if I can make them in my NEW thermomix that should be arriving this week :) looking forward to testing it out - thanks

I made these with some ground rice in place of some flour.
Tasted good but don't keep their shape. I have a 'homemade' stamp. It was a pressie.

Any suggestions?
I think it is the egg that makes them spread.
