Out to tea with the family after they visited Geoff.  Have bought the young fella back for the night to save me getting out of bed early in the morning to pick him up at DDs workplace.

Prosciutto wrapped chicken stuffed with marinated feta, semi dried tomatoes & basil, topped with pepper sauce......plus balsamic roasted potatoes with escshallots and garlic cloves

I'm drooling - that looks delicious.
I forgot to take a photo tonight. We had baked fish with a herb and Parmesan crust with mashed  potatoes and steamed veggies. I even managed to bake a loaf of bread and some rolls after work too.

thanks....was a waste of time stuffing it for the kids though....they picked it all out  :-))
