We had spag Bol made with last weeks left over mince, and wholewheat spaghetti.
Half a choc delight each, leftover from yesterday!

Beef stroganoff for DH and I, pasta with Judy's Napolitana sauce for GS.

Not really Wonder. It was a Mad Millie kit. I had bowls and pots everywhere, but it was easy but time consuming. I had great fun. The cheese needed more stretching as I only did it briefly and should have done more. I can't wait to try some other cheeses, but will start in the morning when I have the day free.

This is the dinner I made using the bocconcinni.

I had two helpings, this one is making me look polite!

We are having Thai red chicken curry and rice.

I have to go away to Townsville for work and I'm going to take thermie with me. I will only be cooking for one and I'm sure there was a thread for one cooking. Any idea where it is? I tried searching but I can't remember the exact name of it.

Yummy cookie.

Noodles and stir fried veggies tossed in rainbows honey soy sauce. Both children spat out the broccoli and have asked me to hide it better next time!

This is the only thread I could find in regards to cooking for 1 mrsb, I don't recall any specific recipes at all.

Salmon and curried cauliflower cheese quiche.  Had leftover salmon and leftover cheese sauce from lasagne on Sunday so added some cooked cauliflower and eggs.  Was nice.  Sour cream pastry made in TMX.

nice one cookie  8)  have you checked out cheeselinks for supplies?
Oh....will post a pic tomorrow of the  triple cream Brie I made......it's memorable  :P :P

Dinner  tonight was not pretty, but thankfully it tasted better than it looked.....although convincing the juniors to eat it was another thing!

Pork chops & corella pears braised in apple cider, and the sauce was a creamed Dijon/onion concoction.
.........EAT CAKE!
