Julie that looks amazing. I'm having pizza tonight but it's certainly not going to anywhere near as appetising as that one. Do you mind letting us know what the toppings are?

Maddie, I hope your cottage rolls taste as good as they look, my family weren't fans of them and they ended up in the bin unfortunately.

I have braised honey-soy-ginger beef on the stove at the moment.
I just hope it turns out tender  :-\  smells divine though.  I really think my gas is set too high, so I put it on the slowest jet and used a simmer mat as well.......fingers crossed!

Found my fridge had 3 lots of cauliflower in it this morning so it had to be a cauli day here.

Lunch - Cauliflower & Bacon Soup

Tea - Pasta & Cauliflower Cheese Bake, adding some bacon this time.
