DH is cooking again (lucky me ;D ;D) and we are having Chinese Fragrant Chicken Parcels with rice and asian greens.

Trying out a new business here in the Hills called "Provi-ToYour-Dore" ...... Amanda has posted about them in her blog:

http://www.lambsearsandhoney.com/2013/08/provi-to-your-dore-a-brilliant-south-australian-food-idea/

You can choose in advance what meals you want to cook for the week, and all of the ingredients (in their exact amounts, so there is no waste)  and the recipes are delivered fresh to your door at the beginning of the week.

It is not a service that I think we would use regularly, since we cook at home most of the time and would usually have most of the ingredients on hand, but certainly for a busy family that eats out a lot, it certainly has a lot going for it!

And if it gets DH into the kitchen more ..... it cant be a bad thing at all  ;) ;) ;)

Hubby has man flu and there is no way I am going to let him give it to me before Sunday. So it was chicken kievs last night and macaroni beef (with extra garlic) and garlic Parmesan bread tonight ;D

That's nice of your DH MF.

I'm steaming some vegies and heating up some frozen cheese sauce - I just feel like a vegie fix.

If anyone sees these pots being offered at discount price please post on the shopping thread etc as they are really fantastic and well worth getting. Food tastes unbelievable and so easy to knock up a healthy meal. i have a large size and a medium size and I got my hands on a recipe book over the weekend that I'll be using. I also think that I can use another clay pot that I bought when we got the woodfire oven for these recipes. I'm sure the tandoori oven owners may even see some benefit to the book for ideas for dishes that are put in an oven and then left.  (but I'm not an expert in that area)
I have my mums romertopf, but don't really remember her cooking too many meals in it CP,  would love to give it a go where did you get your recipes from.
