Wonder, Halex, last time I made the butter chicken I made a double batch of the spice paste and put one lot in the fridge. It's been in the fridge about 5 or 6 weeks and it kept really well. I figured it should be ok with the vinegar in it. So we made butter chicken last night ready for dinner tonight. I prefer it made the day before it tastes even better and it made it really quick to make having the spice mix already made up.

That's a great idea Debbiebillg I find once you have made the recipe a few times it's much simpler than it first seemed. I need to rewrite the recipe as I find it quite difficult to follow.

Wonder, I resorted the recipe in Word (it's not perfect but much better), I can email to you if you like. Yehhh it's the getting the spices all out of the cupboard takes a bit of time ...... saves heaps of time having it ready made.

I was looking forward to getting outside of these 4 walls for a change. oh well...here we go here we go here we go

Difficult, this weekend we would have used our bbq, but were using the tandor.

We will still cook burgers, sausages on the bbq. I also recently purchased a pan to do stir fry on the bbq & my quesadella kit.

I am trying t-bones next week in the tandor.

Entertaining more than 6 at this stage we would still use the bbq, but as we get more experienced maybe the tandor.

Last year we bought a rotisserie for the bbq, absolutely love it.

So no I dont think it does, it also depends where you live, all summer I try to keep the main meal to be cooked & eaten outside.

Wonder, whats your thoughts?
