Thurs. I made Mexican cannelloni from lots of eft over taco mix...mixed through cheese, chopped tomatoes & spring onions in the taco mince & topped with sauce of tomato passata & nacho bean topping



Last night I made pizzas & tonight is BBQ from either 2 get togethers we go to.

We had lamb chops marinated in new EDC soy, honey and mustard marinade and served with smashed potatoes and peas. The marinade is delicious and easy.

fish in tempura batter, chips, salad.

I can't remember when I last had some crumbed veal Cookie, or even bought veal for that matter. I don't see it around much in Foodland.

Garlic prawn penne. But DH cooked it tonight. It seemed to work for him :)

He told me to have a bath while he cooked dinner. Love him!

Judy he is best on cocktails ;)  but he did make us pancakes for breakfast yesterday too. So I think he is pretty clever :) I need to offer the cooking up more!

Last night bbq chops with vegetables.  Tonight DD has some home made pies for us before we go to GD graduation.
