;D Thanks for the idea fundj - didn't know what to have for tea but this one is an easy one to whip up with ingredients always on hand.

DD and I went to the Royla Show today so dinner is easy. A pasta and smoked salmon dish. If it's ok I'll post the recipe.

Yes, haven't done the bangers/mash for a while.

No fundj, the smell makes me just want to eat it immediately.

yeah they ate 6 and I had packed everything away and cleaned up, then out of the blue about 6 pple turned up (with 3 boys) and so fortunately we had a couple of spares to heat up that we had made and I had put into the fridge. They will be going out soon, but judging from their talking and laughter they are having a good time here. At times I wish they would just stay here...other kids I wish they would leave as soon as possible!!

can understand that CP!

for lunch we had chookies KFC chicken with quinoa and onion, garlic and carrot and some ribbon carrot and zucchini on the side (trying to be healthier  ;) )

for dinner it will be pumpkin soup...maybe some bread too for the kids (no bread for mummy and daddy though  :()
