Looks like a lovely recipe. Craving chicken parmigana atm or similar. Home saturday, back to cooking instead of bbqs :)

Tired of bbqs, so just used some cumberland sausages which I made into meatballs & the veggies I have, leek, onion, zucchini & brocoli, garlic, cream, seasoning & pasta. All cooked then will sprinkle parmesan cheese over & bake in oven. Very happy with it considering that was all my supplies :)

DH washing the car round the corner & he said he could smell it from there ;D

Very humid atm >:(

Nice recipe CC, must do that one day myself.

Your meal sounded nice too Hally.  I can understand how you would be missing your TMX for a bit of a change from BBQ's.

Tonight we had spinach & ricotta gnudi with ragu di pomodoro and focaccia - all recipes from Nico Moretti's new book. He demonstrated these recipes in his class the other night. They tasted delicious at the class and I knew I wanted to try them.

My DH loved it, although he suggested we do a nudie run to burn off some of the calories. He was disappointed when I told him it was spelt gnudi and not nudie!

That book sounds very tempting Katie, your meal looks delicious :)

We had Farfallina's zucchini cream sauce with pasta, it was delicious :)

Looks lovely Katie. Love the idea of a nudie run! Happens a lot at bath time here 😉
Thanks for sharing the chicken recipe CC. It looks simple but yummy.
Tonight I tried Nico's Thai basil chicken. Absolutely delicious. Just another recipe I wished I had tried earlier.

It's so hot here this weekend that I might consider a nudie run too. LOL.
Katie your chicken looks delicious and so does CC,s.
H, your dinner sounds nice, but we had a BBQ tonight as it's too hot to put the oven on. I stuffed the rogue zucchini's from my garden with red onion, garlic, quinoa, corn, roasted capsicum, bacon, parsley, black pepper and fetta cheese. I tried the tip of shucking the corn in the microwave and it worked really well. Fussy DS thanked me for dinner and said that it wasn't too bad. High praise indeed!

Lovely food every where. We had the Butter Chicken from the UK newsletter some time ago.

It certainly was a Nico night, great cooking girls.  DH's comment didn't surprise me Katie LOL.  The gnudi is delicious and I prefer it to gnocchi which is what it reminds me of.
