Tonight's dinner - Mamak Mee Goreng - one of my favourite Penang street food 😄 Don't think you can find this fried noodles anywhere else. It has potatoes and fried tofu (today's tofu was airfried) besides the usual ingredients.

Love baccala uni. Haven't made it in years. Wonder if I could find some in cairns.

Yummy all!
We are taking Mr 5 out for dinner and the basketball tonight to celebrate his birthday. So no cooking here.
Although having said that I have quite a few chillis to use up so may be on the lookout for a sweet chilli sauce. Any recommendations?

The sweet chilli sauce on here is fantastic.
It is called "Sweet Chili Sauce" and has sultanas.
I cant work out how to link the recipe!

I made the vegie carbonara from TRTLMT. DS1 ate all his up quick smart. Then I made the coconut caramel custard from quirky Jo.
