Honey soy stir fry chicken winglets with steamed vegies.
I cheated and bought them already marinated - 2 kgs for $10.

I know what you mean fundj, on odd occasions when I am talking I have trouble spitting a particular word out cos I can't think of the exact word. I try and grasp it whatever it is, and know it might start with a certain letter but my brain just struggles. It worries me a bit cos I think is it just menapause or the beginning of something else  ???

I take ginko biloba tablets and they seem to help with this problem.   They were recommended to me by someone and they warned it takes about 6 weeks to start working.... they were right but I have less of those "miind blank" moments when searching for words now.  :)

CP I had similar problems with menopause. I would completely forget  important facts. the worst was when I was referring to ouor principal at assembly one day and completely forgot his surname. :'(
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We went out for lunch today - nice fillet steaks - so I have just boiled some eggs for egg/lettuce sandwiches later, much later  ;)

Oops too late, already made and eaten.  I was going to ask you how many mint leaves for 3 eggs. I used 8 mint leaves, a handful of lettuce, 3 eggs and a couple of tablespoons mayo.  Just a hint of mint so perhaps I should have had more.

Must admit I didn't use the TM for any of this meal tonight as the main part just needed simmering on the stove without any constant stirring.  An old recipe that I've made many times and always enjoy, called Drunken Beans.  ;D

Julie I had forgotten about this dish - I often used to make it using a recipe from Huey's kithcen - I hve esed both pinto and cannelini beans but prefer the later.  Great pics as always!!!  :)  :)
