I made Artichoke and Stilton (I used St Augur) Quiche.It was really good.
DH loved it. ;D

I have never eaten fresh artichoke, I wouldn't even know how to peel one. Thanks for the link CC, I'm going to give it a go on Friday as we are having a farewell for one of the girls at work.  :)

I made a zucchini pancake with a dipping sauce tonight and found some of Alyce's spicy fruit rolls in the freezer (made back in July 2013).

CC your quiche looks lovely and so do your pancakes Judy.
We are having a lemon chicken dish. It is from this week's Coles catalogue. I'm not fond of lemon things but the rest of the mob will enjoy it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I was given some freshly caught whiting fillets, crumbed with CP's crumbs, AF pumpkin, potato, capsicum and sweet potato. Varoma farmers market beans and baby carrots.
