Airfried spotted cods, with a drizzling of soya sauce, crispy ginger and garlic. In Malaysia, these fish are called "sek pan" and would always be served whole. Heads had to roll though to fit into the airfryer basket. Haha 😁

Fish looks great BZB and it's good to train men in a few recipes Hally, you never know when you will be laid up and they have to take over the cooking chores.

Sticky chicken. A new recipe.
Hally I have recently been asking DH to do things for me if dinner is a last minute thing. He doesn't seem to mind which is a big help. He is a fantastic cook as he retired 12 months before me and did all the evening meals. If he is busy then I do it all, but sometimes I seem to have 2 or 3 last minute things and he is a big help.
The only bad thing when he cooks is that he seems to use every pot and pan and the floor is a mess. But he is a great helper.

Chicken vindaloo, potato and spinach, cumin naan, sambal ikan bilis and rice. A lovely end to a very busy weekend. The potato and spinach is a tweak of a thermomixer recipe. I'll post when I get a moment.

The sticky chicken we didn't have last night. Thoroughly enjoyed a burger and fries from Maccas.
