We had Lemon fish and Parmesan wedges from Tenina.com. I served it with roasted Beetroot and Brussels.

That looks delicious Cookie.
BZB, if you have the little metal dish with the handle (made for the Viva a/f model) 4 tenderloins won't fit side by side in there so I sort of overlapped them on their side into the passata before topping with a little more sauce and sprinklIng with the cheese.

They are super yummy, Judy. The aroma is tantalizing...a mix of chilli, lemon and capsicum. The boys' favourite chicken 😄

Great wings BZB. Tonight we tried Jamie Oliver's heart sliced beef stew. Delicious.
Last night creamy garlic prawn risotto. Always a favourite in our house.
