I think we are having Vietnamese beef curry with rice. To make up for the slackness last night.

Went out for tapas last night for my girls Birthday...was delicious!
Tonight is pizza at juniors presentation night...but I'm not eating that...I don't like the thought of it being coughed & sneezed on    boys are gross

Takeaway fish and chips here. The in-laws are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and this was their choice.

Tonight I actually felt like cooking. I still haven't plugged TC in yet, but we had KFC Chicken drumsticks with salad. Dessert was choc covered honeycomb that I bought at the Menz factory outlet for the family last weekend on my girls weekend away

We had Pumpkin and Two Cheese torta. It is a sort of quiche but is really nice. I will post the recipe.

Lamb shanks cooked in the camp oven outside , proving some soft buttermilk rolls to go with them.

We had varoma steamed corned beef with mustard sauce, scalloped potatoes and vegies.

Pizzas tonight. We were having them tomorrow night for Fathers' Day but we have a meeting tomorrow night and they need time for cooking and clearing up.

I finally got around to making Nico's thai chicken and basil, and I'm really glad I did as it was delicious.
