My. Other always left the skins on when making applesauce from macintosh apples and it was my job to sieve them out after cooking so we always had red applesauce. I guess we could just purée them in the TMX.

I made Burgers Stuffed with Goats Cheese tonight.Served them in Burgers Buns.Enjoyed by all three of us ;D

Going out tonight for DD's birthday but last night had my Mum and Dad over and had roast lamb with roast veggies, steam carrots and peas and cauliflower and broccoli with cheese sauce. I also made the biggest lemon meringue pie and some mint choc chip icecream.

Hey everyone,  I contacted SA Thermomix today and they are posting me the Odyssey book.  Fortunately I am off to Cape Town in December so I have arranged for it to be delivered to my Aunt's home and it will be waiting for me.  So excited.  TM is SO expensive in South Africa, I think you can almost equip a kitchen in Miele for less, well  almost!
