Made the Butter Chicken recipe from the Skinnymixers blog - absolutely delicious!  I definitely prefer it to the butter chicken recipe in the Indian cookbook.  Given how much butter and cream is in it, I don't think it is particularly "skinny" though  :D :D :D

Karen, I think it follows LCHF diet (or HCG diet, can't remember) - good to hear it's nice, have it printed it out in my files.
