Tonight we had grilled NT barramundi with Skinnymixers warm potato salad.
I don't cook fish a lot as it's not really my favourite food,, but we both enjoyed this.

Nothing for Dinner as we had visitors for Afternoon tea. Had sausage rolls, Belgium Lemon Tea cake. and made a Salmon Mousse dip.
Katie, that looks very nice.
Made Judy's Turkey with pineapple and capsicum but used chicken. Smells good.

That looks nice Kimmy. We had ricotta gnocchi with basil in them, with roasted pumpkin, roasted grape tomatoes and basil pesto tossed over it all. It was rather nice.
