DS is cooking a bbq dinner for us tonight.  I'm supplying the potato salad.

We had Chilli Con Carne out of the freezer, served with cauliflower rice and a salad.
Babysitting today, I knew I would'nt feel like cooking too much by the time I drove home.

We had Steak Pepper Pie with vegetables. I used some Rough Puff pastry I made the other day and had in the freezer. It puffed up nicely.

Couldn't be bothered tonight. I've finished a 12 hour shift - 6 in the wards and 6 in day surgery. Had a slice of bread with tomato sauce. DS did made the tomato sauce so it was really good. He makes and sells it for the butchers' shop he works in.
