Too hot to cook, we are having Rice paper rolls, with shredded chicken (I cooked yesterday), rice vermicelli noodles, carrot, cucumber, mint, coriander and chopped cashews. I will make a dipping sauce later.

Last night was Jamie's simple sausage bake...but I used gourmet beef sausages from the local providore, added sautéed red onion & homegrown zucchini from the neighbour (our own cherry toms.)
Simple, but delicious. Served with pearl couscous (my latest love!)

The food looks delicious Maddy. I haven't tried pearl couscous. I must do so.
We had gnocchi with some of the Passata I made last week.

Is pearl couscous the same as Israeli couscous?

We had burritos. I cooked the meat with the Taco seasoning mix recipe from this forum, just like the packet one but without the additives.

I made Forking Foodie's Mushroom Stroganoff tonight. It was delicious.I only used 300g of mushrooms and it was more than enough for DH and I.I served it with steamed green beans and rice.
