She said 'thanks' Judy. She worked today so is flaked out on the lounge using her new iPad.

Our last night and we went out for Indian. A starter of onion bhaji with yogurt sauce. We shared lamb rogan josh with rice and naan bread. I just had the sauce and rice. It was very nice.

Yum Mich. I enjoy Indian food. DH doesn't like it much though.
We had some casserole from the freezer, turned into a pie. I had heaps of small tomatoes from the garden and fridge so made a sort of Greek salad, minus the lettuce, with zoodles instead. I loved it.

Tonight, stir fry chicken with veggies from the garden.

We enjoyed it Chookie. I did one chicken breast between the 3 of us. It's quite enough, and then I did a half quantity of the risoni part. I used a whole tin of tomatoes and reduced the stock to one cup. We even had leftovers with the half quantity, but not too many. I served it with the Raw Vegetable Salad from here. It was 41 so it was great.
