Not to sure here. I have chicken in the freezer so it may be Chicken Katsu. We had chickpea curry last night so then it would be 2 curry type meals in a row.

Last night we had chicken Kiev with mashed potato and sweet potato, ( TMX) spinach from garden. The Kievs were bought and not nearly as nice as the TMX ones.
I steamed some beetroot to mash. Read where beetroot , sardines on SD toast make a good meal.
Tonight roast beef and trimmings with home grown Horseradish.

Last nights dinner was Creamy brown rice chicken soup for DD and I, on the road to Melb for emergency braces wire in gum appointment. Slow cooked lamb shanks for DH ( it's his birthday dinner) and DS , ready for when they got home last night .

K Atie, that sounds painful.
Haven’t cook the roast beef yet. Looks like today. Will heat oven with rolls into cold oven, then beef, then biscuits.
