Cheated tonight wood oven prawn and chilli pizza , potato and rosemary pizza .

Pot roast of beef. Roasted sweet potatoes and green beans.

Pasta with Pea Pesto and crisp fried Chorizo. I'm always amazed at the amount of fat that comes out of the chorizo.

Pork and Sweet Potato Chilli. I will steam some rice to accompany our meal.

Cold roast beef salad and SD bread. Fresh fruit salad to follow.

Roast Lamb with roast potatoes, steamed carrots, sprouts and swede and gravy.

Last night we had crumbed lamb cutlets.  I bought the cutlets at the Farmers Market. Had peas and Sweet Potato chis with them.
Tonight grilled Pork chops with veggies to be used up from fridge as we are going to Melb for a few days.

Caravan food.  Steak with grilled potatoes and a salad.

Sticky sesame chicken and soba noodles , boys loved it . Hopefully they can survive for a few nights as off to Melbourne . Showed DS how to use Cookidoo he might be meal planning before I know it . His choice was bomb Alaska , he said for sister’s birthday. Not sure about that .

Caravan food again, but tonight’s protein is pork chops. I bought a couple of small tins of 4 bean mix and I add those to the salad.
