We had RTE Chicken Tacos last night. They were tasty and quick. I made some flat bread to have instead of tacos. https://www.recipetineats.com/chicken-tacos-with-sauce/

I do like the look of that one cookie, thanks for the heads up.  I keep a note book of the names of dishes I fancy from RTE’s recipes. It saves me printing out recipes, I only do that if I make the dish.

Last minute DD and GD came for Dinner.  This was good as I had been cooking all day.  They ate most of what I had cooked and took the leftovers.  Great, now I can try another couple of new recipes.
Mab, the potato is semi cooked in the microwave and then topped with cheese, tomato etc.
wasn’t all that good.  Better in the AF.
I did cook Portuguese Custard tarts in the Pie Maker.  They are larger but just ok. Pastry too thick for my liking.

Thanks Chookie.  I usually cook mine in the microwave first and then finish the off in the oven or easy cooker.

Beef in Stout with Thermo mashed pots and veggies from garden.  Will make remaining Beef into pies for freezer.
Made  Stickey Date Pudding from Cook Key but don’t follow method. After processing dates, water and carb soda, I add all remaining ingredients and stir on 4 until mixed.   Make double sauce.
