DH has requested meatballs and spaghetti. I will use some more of the passata I made and make the spaghetti with the pasta machine. I'll make a tossed salad to go with it.

I topped a large Swiss Brown mushroom with a mixture of grated zucchini (salted, left 15 mins then squeezed all the liquid out), grated mozzarella and tasty cheese, half an egg, some lightly cooked bacon and a bit of garlic paste. Baked 18 minutes in the a/f - delicious and very filling.

Both meals sound nice, Cookie and Judy.
We had Chicken Stir Fry with cashew nuts. Fresh Fruit Salad.

Don’t often cook the same thing twice but lately I have cooked a variation of a recipe chicken, veggies and rice. ( curried fried rice) It is so easy and tasty and can use up the odd bits of veggies.

Ramen, what is it Cookie .
Corn silverside with mustard sauce , DD is not that enthusiastic about it , but she did eat some . We were all pleased to be home as picked DH , doing bookwork and DS doing burn off paper and sticks putting wood at back door for his Granny Very late dark . Love this dish as it was done in the varoma for 11/2 hours . Leftover chocolate almond cake ... I couldn’t work out why everyone stayed at the table for so long ... mum are we not having dessert ! This is a treat in our house .

Leftover roast lamb rolls. Didn’t have any fresh rolls so used the ones I made in the AF and reheated them. The new manual AF is hotter than the digital old one. I have adapted the recipe to suit the new one it is simpler. This is one of the most popular recipes on my blog.
Ral had his with hot gravy. I had mine with tomato, lettuce and horseradish from the garden .
We also had Vanilla slice cooked in mini pie maker. ( a complete disaster)
