This morning I made both Sweet Chilli Sauce and Hoisin Sauce both in the TM so I could use some in the meal I was making tonight.  Two more sauces I'll never buy again  :D

Loved the meal (called Chinese roasted pork with stir fried veg).   ;D

We went to my uncles 60th birthday last night. I was told I didn't need to bring anything but I took a plate of lamingtons anyway. But as I may have slightly over cooked the sponge for the lamingtons I told everyone that my sister made them lol. But everyone said how nice they were and complemented my sister so that back fired. 😳😄

Today I firstly made Thai Green Chilli Paste (Nico), put aside what I needed today and froze the rest in 1 tbs amounts.
I then made coconut milk using a slightly different recipe which I was much more happy with.
I then made a Cobb loaf tweaking the recipe a bit and am very happier with that.  :)

I then made our dinner using the last lot of fresh mussels I bought a few days ago to make into Thai Green Chilli Mussels, which I served with rice and crusty bread.  :)

Pizza for tonight's meal
And I didn't burn them in the new oven (yay)
I made a double recipe which made 4 pizzas so I cooked 2 in the convection microwave and 2 in the fan forced oven so all were ready at the same time.
There is 1 full pizza left for the guys lunches tomorrow.
