All the food looks delicious. We are having pies from the freezer with AF veggies. I’m not sure if they are beef or chicken pies. Not that it matters.

Pork chops with Apple sauce and steamed veggies. I adapted a diabetic recipe for mushroom sauce to go with them. (Last night)
I’m still working on my new method of no leftovers. Today I am cooking 1 small beef cheek in the SC. Also 1/2 recipe of watercress, tomato and chickpea soup from my blog.

Roast lamb with all the trimmings last night for DS birthday.  Left overs tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We’re having Nachos. I’ve made the sauce and it is rather hot.

Bought some prepared Chicken Kiev’s. New line from Safeway. Not as nice as homemade ones.
Had a home delivery from Safeway which they really messed up. I ended up with 4x 500 gram packets  of minced Turkey. Missed out on most of the frozen goods. I contacted them and they refunded for what was missed. I tried to mention on line the extras but no provision to do so.
Tonight, BBQ forequarter chops.  Normally I would make a sweet curry with them but they are from a very young lamb so will grill them.
