Corned beef and mashed potatoes for Ral. I will add beans and carrots from garden. Not sure if he can have mustard sauce.

Pea and ham soup from the freezer and I have made some pumpkin, bacon and cheese rolls. It is an interesting recipe from BBC Baking Heaven. I will post it if they taste nice.

My favourite meal at the moment is crab meat so I really appreciated these being dropped off to me this afternoon. Not as big as the ones I buy but having taken the meat out I will now end up with 3 meals out of these 4.  Freshly caught, cooked and delivered - yes, they are sweeter than the bought ones.

Lucky you, Judy.
We had corned beef sandwiches for dinner. Cooked pizzas for lunch for visitors. After I made each one, I kept them warm in warming drawer. I’ve also found the pancakes reheat well in warming drawer.
