Last night we had fish cakes with salad & chips.  Tonight it will be meat balls in tomato sauce with pasta and mixed veg.

Tonight is roast beef. I find a roast so very lazy to cook. It will give us some cold meat too.

Friend arrived with fresh yellow fin fillets. Cooked in very light Panko coating. Made the best potato cakes. Made very thin batter from SD with a touch of Carb soda. Very crispy and the leftovers crisped up beautifully in AF. I steamed the thin potato slices in the Varoma.

I had a half chicken in the freezer so I have that in a Chilli/garlic marinade and then I will roast it.

RTE baked beans and I am making some Garlic and Olive rolls to have with them.  DD and DH have decided they will make some Ukrainian Vareniky, which is a pasta dough filled with something. DH has made mashed potato, bacon and caramelised onion fi8lling. He wouldn't let me use the thermomix. They will be boiled and then fried in a little oil or butter. Very Healthy !!!!!!!!!

We're having one of DH's famous Chook stews. He cuts up a chicken and adds every veggie he can find. It's quite nice.
