Marinated salmon with carrot, zucchini & tomato, home made chips. Mano fluff for dessert.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I’ve been on my smoothies for a week, weather perfect for them with more of the same to come.

Go for it Judy. As you say, perfect weather for smoothies.
The SD loves this warm weather. It’s always a challenge most of the year here. I’m just leaving it on the bench and having great fun with it. The SD crumpets are walking out the door. The SD potato cakes are also a great hit with the GC and neighbours kids. Think I might make SD Hot X Buns today. Only problem is I don’t want to use the oven on such a hot day.

Didn’t make the Hot X Buns. Had to put the A/C on early as it was so hot. 24 over night. I cooked a small piece of brisket in the SC. Recipe said Beer for liquid. I didn’t have any so used 1/2 apple juice and 1/2 balsamic vinegar. Worked well.
Will make a salad with small tomatoes, watermelon, tiny zucchini from garden , chives and goat cheese. Rice and Brisket.

Using the Brisket to make a small cottage pie. Will mash it up in TMX. Cook homegrown potatoes for top. Just picked first handful of green beans.

Spinach & ricotta filo turnovers with extra carrot & zucchini in the mix.  Baby carrots, beans and some left over potato salad.

We had a chicken, bacon, leek and cheese pie. I made RTE Parmesan Potatoes. https://www.recipetineats.com/crispy-roasted-parmesan-potatoes/
They were very tasty. We had broad beans and edamame beans with it.

Made RTE zucchini with Parmesan and bread crumbs. Perfect, simple.  On repeat now. Cooked in AF.
