I had some crabs and whiting given to me today so I made crab soup and with the fish I made Coconut Fish & Veggies, a recipe from the TMX book Cooking for your baby & toddler (Louise Fulton Keats). I made it 12 years ago for my then 4 year old GS and added a tsp green curry paste but didn’t have any pastes today so just stuck to the recipe. I was able to eat it without blitzing it at all. I’d spent ages online looking for something to do with the fish before remembering I had this book. It was between this one and Fish & Risoni Stew, something I’ll do next time.
