I knew I was going to be out all day so we had burgers. I made the rolls when we got back.  They were still quite hot when we ate, it helped the cheese melt.

Left over roast beef and veg from last night for the men.  I had pureed veg with gravy, banana custard for dessert.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made apricot chicken thighs with celery carrot fresh herbs and ginger . A few slices of a blood orange ! Baked in the oven while I went to Yoga at night ! DD served it up and we had rice corn and zucchini. I was concerned as DD and DH were out mowing around the crops !! Yes they rescued it in time .

I bought a Christmas ham on Wednesday. We usually have one early and then another for Christmas. We are having ham steaks and veggies tonight.

I marinated some salmon  for the men with potato mash, green beans, carrots & creamed silverbeet from DS garden.  I will try some salmon but otherwise it will be soup for me.

We had a burger pie from Cookidoo with vegetables. I also made a Sticky Toffee Pudding using sultanas instead of dates.
